We ask for contact information including your name, address, email address and phone number via enquiry forms and on our website booking system.
What information we hold
- The following contact details will be collected for the legitimate interests of the PVMH and your contact with us:
o Full Name
o Address
o Telephone number
o Email address
Where we store your information
All of the above information will be stored securely on a password protected database, stored on a password protected computer. No detail will be shared with any other officers of the PVMH Committee.
What we use your information for
We might email or text you in connection to bookings, promotions and events.

Who has access to information about you
When we store information in a cloud-based file system, only the people who need it have access. All people with access have their own system logins.
How long we store your information
We store your personal data for two years from the date of our last interaction with you, after which we will delete your details.

Your right to data portability – This only applies to information you have given us. You have the right to ask that we transfer the 1 / 2 information you give us from one organisation to another or give it to you. We have one month to respond to you.
